Exact package in the order page

Many consumers don't know how to track order with the tracking number in shipping partner website It's very useful and most important feature to be add in the order page to show the exact location of the package.With this feature we can reduce refusing of orders , cancellations and return to origin .I'm holding my hands and asking to implement this as i've faced this issues with the customers calling 50times a day that asking where is my order where is my order please add tracking page.

This is absolutely correct. There should be an option to take out the level within the website, there should be an option to track and there should also be an option to book because we will not need to go to the logistics website.
